Shipping Methods & Costs
• We offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options, depending on your location.
• Standard Shipping: Costs £5.99, with delivery times typically ranging between 3-5 business days within the UK.
• Collection: We offer a Free Collection option for customers located in the UK. You can pick up your order from our designated collection point.
Processing Times
• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time the payment is confirmed.
• Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• If there is any delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Times
• UK Shipping: Delivery for Standard Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
• International Shipping: Shipping times for international orders may vary. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination country.
• Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided).
• You can track the status of your order through the provided tracking link, or contact us if you need assistance with tracking.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently only offer shipping to select international locations. If your location is not supported, please contact us to inquire about shipping options.
• We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
• For international orders, you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
• We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more details regarding any additional charges.
Return to Sender
• In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels, we will notify you, and you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for the reshipment of your order.
• If the package is returned after delivery failure, we may refund the product amount, excluding the shipping fees.
Damaged or Lost Items
• If your order arrives damaged, or if you suspect it’s lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package or the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
• We may require photos of the damaged item and packaging to process any claims.
At AmarahLuxe, we take every step to ensure that your order is carefully packaged and shipped to you. However, once your parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the responsibility for the goods passes to the shipping carrier once they are dispatched, and any issues arising during transit are the responsibility of the carrier. While we will provide tracking information and assist with any claims, the responsibility of the shipping carrier rests with the carrier itself.
Collection
• If you select the Collection option, your order will be ready for pick-up at the designated collection point. You will be notified via email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup.
• Please bring a valid ID or your order confirmation when picking up your order.
