How do I place an order?

• Simply add your chosen fragrance(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Please note we do not dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.

UK Standard Delivery – £5.00 (3 to 5 working days)
UK Next Day Delivery – £8.50 (Next working day if ordered before 12pm)

What is your return policy?

At AmarahLuxe, we take hygiene and product integrity seriously.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on perfumes that have been opened or used. As our perfumes are not sealed, we are unable to resell returned items. Therefore, all fragrance purchases are considered final sale.

Returns will only be considered if:

• The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Proof (photos) is provided

Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Can I return a perfume if I don’t like the scent?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns based on scent preference.

Fragrance is highly personal, and we recommend reviewing scent descriptions carefully before purchasing.

What if my perfume arrives damaged or leaking?

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective:

• Email amarahluxe@gmail.com within 48 hours
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos of the issue

Customers are entitled to remedies in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We will resolve the matter with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Can I exchange a perfume?

We are unable to offer exchanges on fragrances unless the item is faulty.
